What I Treat

Four common places to begin

Every treatment plan is individual, but most of my patients arrive somewhere on this map.

01

Preconception preparation

A 3–6 month runway to optimise cycle health, egg quality and nervous-system resilience before you start trying — or before treatment.

  • Cycle mapping & regulation
  • Egg quality support
  • Sleep, stress & digestion
02

IVF & IUI support

Cycle-aware acupuncture timed to stimulation, retrieval and transfer, alongside herbs used carefully in coordination with your RE.

  • Pre-transfer protocols
  • Implantation window care
  • Two-week-wait support
03

Recurrent loss & complex cases

Slower, gentler work for bodies that have been through a lot. We take the long view and rebuild from the ground up.

  • Post-loss recovery
  • Endometriosis & PCOS
  • Thin lining, luteal phase
04

Pregnancy & postpartum

Trimester-appropriate treatment for common pregnancy complaints, birth preparation, and the tender, often overlooked postpartum window.

  • Nausea, sleep, pelvic pain
  • Breech & birth prep
  • Postpartum recovery

Your First Visit

What to expect

  1. 01

    A 75-minute intake

We go deep on your cycle history, medical picture, sleep, digestion and stress — the whole system, not just the ovaries.

  2. 02

    A living treatment plan

You leave with a clear picture of what we're doing, why, and when we'll check in on progress.

  3. 03

    Weekly or cycle-timed care

Most patients see me 1–2 times per week during active phases, less as your body settles.

  4. 04

    Custom herbs when indicated

Formulas are hand-selected, quality-tested, and adjusted as your cycle changes.

Ready when you are.

I take on a small number of new patients each month to keep the care personal.
